The “Granite Rise” loaf is made exclusively from our Sprouted Organic Whole Wheat with a very special process that still gives it some of the rise and expansion that you would want in any sourdough. A difficult and time consuming processed, but well worth the wait (special order only for now). As you can imagine, sprouted wheat is expensive but gives it a wonderful flavor and texture.
